We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager for BEBLOCKS to lead our Intelligent Document Processing Product (be.Nument).

Transforming document chaos into operational excellence, our Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution harnesses cutting-edge AI and machine learning to seamlessly extract, classify, and analyze data from unstructured documents. We allow our customers to say goodbye to manual data entry errors and inefficiencies – our smart automation streamlines workflows, accelerates decision-making, and unlocks valuable insights, empowering your organization to thrive in the digital age.

We aim at solving the following challenges for our customers and users:

1.        Manual Data Entry Overload, Data Inaccuracy, and Document Processing Bottlenecks: they spend significant time and resources on manual data entry tasks, leading to inefficiencies, errors, and delays in processing documents, causing bottlenecks in workflows.

2.        Data Security, Compliance Risks, and Regulatory Requirements: they face concerns about data security, privacy, and compliance when handling sensitive information, meeting regulatory requirements related to document retention, audit trails, and data privacy across industries and jurisdictions.

3.        Scalability Challenges and Document Complexity: they struggle to scale document processing operations to handle growing volumes of documents without proportional increases in staffing and resources, grapple with the complexity and variability of document formats, layouts, and languages, making manual processing error-prone and time-consuming.

4.        Customer Service Efficiency and Opportunity Costs: they experience challenges in providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and requests, miss out on opportunities for innovation, growth, and competitive advantage due to the time and resources consumed by manual document processing tasks.

5.        Data Analysis, Insights Extraction, and Audit Preparation: they struggle to extract meaningful insights from unstructured documents for analytics and decision support purposes, face difficulties in preparing for audits, compliance assessments, and regulatory inspections due to manual document handling processes.

6.        Employee Productivity and Satisfaction: all the above impact employee productivity, morale, and job satisfaction by burdening them with repetitive, mundane document processing tasks that offer little opportunity for value-added work.
