Your Responsibilities:

International Reporting Analyst (m/f/d)

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with complex data, delivering high‑quality reporting solutions, and collaborating in an international environment.

You will play a key part in delivering reporting for both internal and external stakeholders across our European markets within the Fleet Global Mobility Solutions (GMS) team. The person will work out of one our Country Offices, but support all European markets.

  • Prepare and consolidate international reporting and data insights

  • Work with our internal FleetBI-tool and Global Reporting Solutions, including data management and quality control

  • Support GMS with data analysis, automation, and back‑office processes

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps

  • Collaborate with local markets, suppliers, and internal account management teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting

  • Communicate with all involved stakeholders professionally in English and the native language of the office where you are based at

Profile

This is your profile to be successful in this role:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in Reporting or Controlling

  • An university degree is definitely an asset, but we are open to applicants who bring equivalent experience or alternative qualifications.

  • Excel is your forte and you are a proficient use, e.g. Pivot Tables, advanced functions, IF functions, Power Query/Power BI

  • Ability to work confidently with large datasets and identify inconsistencies or trends

  • Excellent communication skills in English and the native language of the office where you are based at (both written and verbal - minimum C1)

  • Knowledge of further European languages is a plus

  • A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a wider international team

  • Proven track of being a quick learner that is enthusiastic, "hands-on" and has a "can-do" attitude

  • Dedicated and committed to a positive customer experience

  • Reliable and accountable team player.

  • Highly organised and have excellent planning skills and love detail
