Founded in 2021, we are now 100 enchanters, working in different fields (Robotics, AI, Product design, Project Management, Production, Quality, Supply chain, Finance, Marketing, HR, Sales, ...) and we keep growing, thanks to our strong relationships with a variety of investors and partners.

We revealed our two prototypes to the world and are now ready for the next steps of our adventure: industrialize our production, starting with a pilot line at the heart of Paris, then building a plant ; and selling our robots at a global scale. Job description

We are seeking an intern to serve as our Co-founder’s Executive Assistant, assisting him with his daily tasks and attending his multiple meetings. We are looking for someone who will be key in performing high-level tasks in an autonomous way in order to effectively support our Co-founder and save him time. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Meetings attendance: Attend all meetings with our Co-founder and actively take note of key moments

  • Minute Taking: Prepare and distribute meeting minutes to document important discussions and decisions made during meetings

  • Agenda Circulation: Create and distribute meeting agendas in advance, ensuring all participants are well-prepared

  • Taking actions: proactively dealing with incoming requests and contacts, replying to emails, answering queries, … making sure deadlines are met

  • Networking: liaise with external stakeholders, prepare and organize meetings, put people in contact,...

  • Requesting Updates: Regularly liaise with team members to gather updates on ongoing projects and tasks

  • Document preparation: Assist the Co-founder with various ad-hoc tasks, which may include research, data analysis, slide preparation, and presentations.

  • Ability to deal with high-level, sensitive information in a discreet manner

  • Ability to work with high-ranking stakeholders

This exciting role is for a 6-month internship. This internship is based in Paris, but we are happy to consider candidates who are working remotely.

Profile

We are looking for a candidate who is currently finishing their Master's and is looking for an end-of-studies internship. Ideally, they are undergoing a Bac+5 education, preferably in a Business School. Previous experience in a similar role would be great.

- Fluent in English, both written and oral; French is a plus
- High level of attention to detail, meticulous and thorough
- Organised and able to prioritise
- Reactive and proactive: quickly respond to queries and contacts

- Trustworthy, reliable and hard-working
- Resourceful and autonomous
- Excellent command of office tools (PowerPoint, Notion, Word,...)
