At Ascendance we are building tomorrow’s hybrid-electric aviation with ATEA, a unique Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) aircraft powered by STERNA, our in-house hybrid-electric propulsion system. We focus our efforts in designing an innovative, safe, silent, clean and affordable aircraft that will be able to blend into existing infrastructures and regulations to ease its deployment and maximise social acceptance.

Le poste

You will contribute to the deployment of the marketing strategy of Ascendance, ensuring that we are developing the right products for the right markets (product/market fit), that we are differentiating the company compared to other market players (thus reinforcing Ascendance Unique Selling Proposition), and that we share the “voice of the customers” within Ascendance organization (notably to the Program and Engineering teams).

Therefore, you will be in charge of performing market research and studies and will keep an eye on Ascendance competitive landscape and latest strategic moves through our market intelligence tools.

You will also be the point of contact for business partnerships to ensure the day-to-day delivery of these. You will be involved in building the economics/business case to quantify the value-added of our products on behalf of the prospects and customers.

 

Your responsibilities range from:

  • Market research

  • Market study and market modeling

  • Competitive intelligence / continuous monitoring

  • Partnerships’ key meetings drumbeat and management

  • Economics / business case assessment

  • Contribution to alignment with other Ascendance teams (incl. Program and Engineering)

YOU ARE OUR EYES ON THE MARKET

  • You perform market research and studies to directly feed the strategy of the company and are involved in defining product orientations

  • You keep an eye on our competition to know their every moves and build and maintain a rock-solid competitive and market intelligence system

 YOU’RE THE ONE MAKING OUR PARTNERSHIPS WORK

  • You are our point of contact when it comes to partnerships, to organize and follow up on meetings with several partners, and ensure the delivery of the scope of the partnership

 YOU PERFORM THE ANALYSIS THAT MATTER FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

  • You are the one building the business models and crunching numbers to answer the specific questions of our customers when it comes to the business side of our future products

 YOU WILL REPRESENT THE “VOICE OF THE CUSTOMERS” WITHIN ASCENDANCE

  • You contribute to share the market demand & requirements within the company in order to feed our product strategy

  • You ensure the interface with program / engineering when needed (ex: preparation of key prospects or clients’ meetings, debriefing and consolidation of the “so what” messages for Ascendance, …)
