Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Director to lead our technology strategy, implement, and oversee technical solutions to support the company's vision and business objectives. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance innovation with operational excellence, driving the development of scalable and secure.
Main missions :
Develop and implement a technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact.
Oversee the design and development of solutions (applications, infrastructure, data) while ensuring quality and scalability.
Define technical architectures (Cloud, CI/CD, microservices).
Implement quality and security standards from the development phase onwards.
Lead major projects: cloud migration, automation, integration.
Oversee initiatives to promote innovation.
Ensure robust, secure, and compliant technology infrastructure.
Implement cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure the operational condition (MCO) of the systems (24h/7d).
Oversee incidents, change, and problem management (ITIL).
Guarantee the availability, performance, and security of platforms.
Implement monitoring, capacity planning, and KPI reporting tools.
Build and manage high-performing technical teams.
Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Collaborate with business to align technical initiatives with customer needs.
Manage IT budgets and optimize resource allocation.
Participate in the recruitment process and skills development of teams.

Nous recherchons un directeur IT hautement qualifié pour piloter notre stratégie technologique de l’entreprise en garantissant la conception, la mise en œuvre et l’exploitation des systèmes d’information alignées avec la vision et les objectifs de l'entreprise. Le Directeur IT est responsable de l’innovation, de la performance technique et de la sécurité, tout en assurant la continuité opérationnelle.
Missions principales :
Développer et mettre en œuvre une feuille de route technologique alignée sur les objectifs de l’entreprise.
Identifier les technologies émergentes et évaluer leur impact potentiel.
Superviser la conception et le développement des solutions (applications, infrastructures, Data) en garantissant la qualité et l’évolutivité.

Mettre en place les standards de qualité et de sécurité dès la phase de développement.
Piloter les projets majeurs : migration cloud, automatisation, intégration.
Superviser les initiatives afin de favoriser l'innovation.
Garantir une infrastructure technologique robuste, sécurisée et conforme.
Mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques en matière de cybersécurité et les stratégies d'atténuation des risques
Assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO) des systèmes.
Superviser la gestion des incidents, des changements et des problèmes (ITIL).
Garantir la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité des plateformes.
Mettre en place des outils de monitoring, capacity planning et reporting KPI.
Constituer et encadrer des équipes techniques hautement performantes.
Promouvoir une culture de collaboration et d'apprentissage continu.
Gérer les budgets et optimiser les ressources.

Knowledge of AI, IoT, emerging technical trends, agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Minimum 10 years' experience in technical fields (architecture, infrastructure).
Proven experience as senior technology leadership role, with managerial skills.
Higher education in computer science (Master’s degree or equivalent).
Strong background in IT architecture and cloud technologies.
Expertise in security, compliance, and data governance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Compensation & Benefits :
Annual fixed salary range over 12 months : de 100k€ à 110k€
