In order to support one of our clients, a large and famous Financial European Public Institution in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Project Manager.

Your Tasks:

• Plan, lead, maintain, conduct project meetings within P2P process improvement roadmap.

• Prepare, update, maintain reports, project statuses, raid logs, flag blockers to Programme Management

• Collect information and write project documentation (Project charters, business case, etc.)

• Identify, collect, analyze and maintain process performance metrics data

• Maintain project documentation filing, key decisions records, signoffs,

• Coordinate Implementation Groups, Working Groups, Project Stakeholders.

• Support creation of Purchasing performance data governance.

Requirements

• What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Master's degree in a relevant field

• Minimum 7 years of overall experience

• Experience with PeopleSoft

• Proven experience in successful support to project management activities.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining performance metrics and data

• Proven experience in ERP and P2P process excellence.

• Fluency in English
