Job description

At SamBoat, you’re not just managing owners. You’re building relationships, creating trust and turning boat owners into true ambassadors of the platform.

As the main point of contact for our international (Italian-speaking) owners, you will:

  • Support and advise boat owners by phone, both on inbound requests and through proactive outreach

  • Ensure fast and high-quality handling of email requests

  • Identify, recruit and onboard new boat owners to grow our supply

  • Maintain a high level of quality across listings (boats, content, experience)

  • Build strong relationships and turn owners into real SamBoat fans

  • Contribute directly to SamBoat’s growth, with a strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction
