As the main point of contact for our international (Italian-speaking) owners, you will:
Support and advise boat owners by phone, both on inbound requests and through proactive outreach
Ensure fast and high-quality handling of email requests
Identify, recruit and onboard new boat owners to grow our supply
Maintain a high level of quality across listings (boats, content, experience)
Build strong relationships and turn owners into real SamBoat fans
Contribute directly to SamBoat’s growth, with a strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction
