As part of our growth strategy, we are recruiting an Seo Consultant - Content & AI Specialist to strengthen our Consulting team, based in Paris or Toulouse.

Your missions:

As part of our growth, we're looking for an SEO, Content & AI Specialist to support our customers and teams in optimizing SEO, GEO strategies and implementing the new opportunities offered by AI-assisted search.

• Analyze and interpret SEO, GEO, marketing dashboards to extract clear, prioritized operational recommendations.

• Evaluate offsite quality (inbound links, mentions, E-A-T signals) and content production to ensure alignment with traditional and AI engine guidelines.

• Carry out SEO, GEO audits (off-site and content) and identify areas for improvement.

• Help internal teams and customers understand SEO, GEO standards, and explain the impact of AI developments (ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Google AI Overview etc.).

• Participate in monitoring and workshops on AI innovations applied to search and content.

Selection process:

1. First interview with the SEO Expert to assess your motivation and skills.

2. Interview in English with a team member to assess your language level.

3. Informal meeting with your future colleagues.

4. On-site practical test or case study to assess your operational skills.

5. Final interview with our CEO, followed by a recommendation call and reference check.

Profile sought:

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented individual with solid experience in account management and sales position.

The required skills include:

Other qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO position in an agency, corporate or Freelance.

• Advanced expertise in SEO topics, particularly in netlinking / off-Site ?

• Knowledge of media and web marketing solutions in SEO, branding, and paid media.

• Excellent writing skills for creating impactful Google Slide presentations and professional emails.

• Professional-level English (mandatory).

• Curious, a team player, smart and organized.
