We are currently looking for a Junior Bid & Tender Coordinator to join our Cyber & Security Solutions division. In this role, you will provide support to the Bid & Tender Manager and the wider Offer Engineering team throughout the entire lifecycle of tendering processes, primarily in the EU Institutions domain.

This is a cross-functional and collaborative position, ideal for someone with a commercial mindset who is eager to develop coordination and stakeholders management skills within a dynamic and international environment.

Job description

Key Job Accountabilities

  • Support the bid team by providing an initial analysis of tender specifications and a summary of the scope

  • Collect the necessary documentation and information (credentials, references, resources) for the preparation of offers

  • Liaise with various internal teams to obtain relevant inputs and ensure alignment

  • Participate in regular status meetings and report progress to the team

  • Ensure the formatting, quality, compliance, and coherence of the offer documents

  • Take minutes of meetings and contribute to communication with Customers (e.g., clarification questions, document submissions)

  • Organise, update, and maintain the bid library and related workspaces

  • Support ongoing improvement initiatives within the Offer Engineering team.

Profile

Required skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role (e.g., project coordination, sales support, communications, tendering, policy advisory, ...)

  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy

  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to extract and synthesize information from complex documentation

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Business-level fluency in English (spoken and written)

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a public sector or EU context

  • Knowledge of the EU public procurement process

  • Mastery of French and/or Italian
