Based in Luxembourg and active globally, we provide fund management services to numerous impact finance products and initiatives. Through our AIFM and in collaboration with impact investment management firms, we currently manage a dozen of mid and large size impact vehicles active in microfinance, renewable energy, conservation, carbon projects or agriculture.

Within our AIFM, we are currently looking for a Junior Compliance Analyst to join our growing AIFM AML/CFT and Compliance team.
As new member of the team, your duties include the following:
AML/CFT
Perform and coordinate the KYC and AML checks on prospects and clients of the AIFM (including ongoing and periodic reviews), including handling the sanctions screening tool of the AIFM;
Support in the performance of AML/KYC due diligence on assets for funds directly managed by the AIFM;
Support the RC function of funds under management by collecting relevant data and preparing ad hoc reports to fund Boards;
Compliance framework
Assist the AIFM in establishing or reviewing and implementing its compliance framework, including policies and procedures designed to detect any risk of failure by the AIFM to comply with its regulatory obligations;
Support in the implementation and performance of the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan of the AIFM including the proper documentation of controls;
Support and contribution to the good corporate governance of the AIFM by drafting or reviewing compliance reports for the AIFM committee’ meetings, board meetings;
Other related compliance and AML/CFT related tasks
Ensure proper liaison and follow-up with Internal and External Auditors on compliance/AML related requests and recommendations;
Participate to global initiatives and projects from a compliance/AML perspective.
Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in the fund/asset management business in Luxembourg in the area of audit, compliance, legal or risk controls;
Standard understanding of EU / Lux investment funds regulations, including AIFMD, CSSF 12-02 and 18/698 in particular;
Holder of postgraduate university degree or equivalent, ideally in Law or Economics;
Strong oral and written communication skills in English language is a must, knowledge of any other European language would be an advantage.
