
Leonardo Belgium (LBe), headquartered in Liège, is a subsidiary of Leonardo S.p.A., a multinational company that designs, manufactures, and supports its own helicopter models worldwide.
LBe is certified as a maintenance organization for Leonardo helicopters (AW109, AW119, AW139, and AW169) in accordance with EASA, FAA Part-145, and UK CAA regulations.
To strengthen our technical team based in Liège, we are currently looking for a Helicopter Maintenance Technician (B1.3).
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will perform mechanical maintenance activities on helicopters, in accordance with approved documentation and the procedures defined in the MOE.
Your Responsibilities
Perform mechanical maintenance operations on helicopters
Carry out scheduled and unscheduled inspections, troubleshooting activities, functional tests, and defect rectification within your area of responsibility
Remove, install, and replace mechanical systems, equipment, and components as required
Complete maintenance documentation, work cards, and intervention reports in compliance with regulatory requirements
Use tools and equipment in accordance with procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations
Report any anomaly, defect, or airworthiness issue identified during maintenance activities
Perform inspection and dual-inspection tasks according to your authorizations and qualifications
Requirements
Candidates who have successfully completed at least 50% of the EASA Part-66 B1.3 modules are encouraged to apply
Both junior candidates nearing completion of their training and more experienced professionals are encouraged to apply
Previous experience in aircraft or helicopter maintenance is considered an asset but is not mandatory
Ability to read, understand, and complete technical documentation in technical English
Existing right to work in Belgium
Ability to commute daily to Grâce-Hollogne (Liège) or willingness to relocate permanently to the area
