We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our customers, securing subsequent drone deployments and driving software upsell within our existing customer base. As an integral part of the team, your responsibilities will include:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, MROs, and military/government clients, acting as the primary point of contact
Understand client needs, priorities, and objectives; communicate these effectively and provide strategic support
Identify opportunities for account growth, scaling, upselling, and cross-selling
Negotiate contracts and close agreements
Monitor usage and performance, and prepare regular reports
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery
Resolve client issues promptly and effectively to maintain trust
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Perform online and on-site product demonstrations
Participate in prioritizing the product roadmap and customer support improvements
Work with the marketing team to prepare effective presentations and materials
Ensure all key information is accurately updated in the CRM
Proven experience of 5+ years in a similar role, ideally within airlines and MROs
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus
Willingness to travel and perform on-site demonstrations
Strong ability to take initiative, be proactive, and challenge industry norms
Excellent ability to synthesize and prioritize customer requests, and adapt to evolving product specifications
Experience in complex B2B sales environments involving multiple stakeholders
