Job description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our customers, securing subsequent drone deployments and driving software upsell within our existing customer base. As an integral part of the team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, MROs, and military/government clients, acting as the primary point of contact

  • Understand client needs, priorities, and objectives; communicate these effectively and provide strategic support

  • Identify opportunities for account growth, scaling, upselling, and cross-selling

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements

  • Monitor usage and performance, and prepare regular reports

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively to maintain trust

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

  • Perform online and on-site product demonstrations

  • Participate in prioritizing the product roadmap and customer support improvements

  • Work with the marketing team to prepare effective presentations and materials

  • Ensure all key information is accurately updated in the CRM

Profile

  • Proven experience of 5+ years in a similar role, ideally within airlines and MROs

  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus

  • Willingness to travel and perform on-site demonstrations

  • Strong ability to take initiative, be proactive, and challenge industry norms

  • Excellent ability to synthesize and prioritize customer requests, and adapt to evolving product specifications

  • Experience in complex B2B sales environments involving multiple stakeholders
