Profil recherché

Who you are (skills & experience)

We would love to have you on our team if you:

  1. Are driven by solving health problems, especially neurological disorders, and thrive on difficult challenges.

  2. Are product and results oriented. We cannot afford to work and execute without a clear roadmap. Our resources are limited and patients don't stop suffering. We are looking for someone who can keep the product top of mind and make decisions quickly. You should be comfortable delivering weekly improvements and navigating between data and gut decisions.

  3. Have the ability to put your heart into your work: To build something new and revolutionary, we can't have a "closed expert mindset". We are looking for someone who can work with his/her emotions and creative energy.

  4. Have an analytical sense and critical thinking: we expect you to be systematic and organized throughout the development of both the stimulation protocol and the VR-based cognitive tasks. As we work as a team, good reporting skills during problem assessment, problem solving and iteration will be essential.

  5. Be flexible and learn fast: given the scope of the work, you should be able to jump from one topic to another with similar impact.

  6. Strong execution and collaboration skills: Given the scope, volume, and timeline of the work, the ability to direct people, including yourself, to a specific goal that may require orchestration is critical. You know that at the end of the day, the important thing is to deliver a product that works.

  7. Be patient, focused and determined. In any startup, patience and determination are key. We are determined to move our solutions forward, but we recognize that there will be setbacks. We are looking for a person who can be patient and understanding when we face these obstacles, and able to stay motivated to help us reach our goals.
