Job description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel with a deep understanding of contract law in the healthcare sector, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of EU regulations. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting our legal team in providing expert legal advice to our healthcare clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts and agreements related to the healthcare sector, with a focus on compliance with EU regulations.
  • Providing legal advice and support to internal and external stakeholders on a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to contract law, healthcare regulations, data privacy and intellectual property.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the legal aspects of projects are properly addressed.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis to stay up to date with changes in the healthcare sector and EU regulations.

Profile

  • A Law degree from a reputable university, with a focus on contract law.
  • At least years in contract law.
  • In-depth knowledge of EU regulations related to the healthcare sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to navigate complex legal issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
