Job description

We are supporting a globally recognized healthcare organization in the recruitment of an Licensing & Partnership Manager to join its international operations office in Luxembourg.

This position plays a central role in managing strategic licensing partnerships and ensuring alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners across a global product portfolio.

Your role

You will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships related to licensing agreements within your assigned product portfolio.

Acting as the key interface between internal teams and external partners, you will ensure that contractual obligations, business objectives, and strategic priorities are aligned and executed efficiently.

You will contribute to the negotiation and adaptation of licensing agreements, supporting business development initiatives and ensuring that partnerships evolve in line with market and organizational needs.

A core part of your role will be to coordinate cross-functional collaboration across departments such as commercial, legal, finance, regulatory, and supply chain, ensuring smooth execution of alliance strategies.

You will analyze business performance, contractual obligations, and financial data related to licensing agreements, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making and optimize portfolio performance.

In complex or sensitive situations, you will act as a diplomatic and solution-oriented partner, facilitating discussions, resolving issues, and maintaining strong long-term relationships with stakeholders worldwide.

Profile

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in alliance management, licensing, project management, or partnership coordination within life sciences industry.

Good understanding of licensing agreements and pharmaceutical business operations.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret complex data and business information.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent English is mandatory; additional European languages (Italian, French, German, etc.) are considered a strong advantage.

International mindset with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Proactive, diplomatic, and solution-oriented personality.

Ability to manage complex and challenging situations with professionalism and strategic thinking.
