Job description

On-the-job training with project-based assignments to:
· Conduct industry research and analysis
· Prepare marketing materials and descriptive memoranda
· Provide quantitative analysis including financial forecasting and valuations
· Execute mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance mandates

Profile

·               6 months internship in M&A or CF mandatory
·               Strong interest in the field of corporate finance
·               Excellent academic achievements in business administration and finance
·               Outstanding analytical and quantitative capabilities
·               Superior verbal and written communication skills
·               French mother tongue or bilingual as French is the main working language
·               Excellent command of/fluency in English given significant level of cross-border work
·               Proven team-working skills
·               Ability to cope with significant workload

Start date: July 2023
Duration: 6 months
Qualifications: Tier 1 business or engineering school / Masters in Finance & Strategy
Salary: €2,000 gross per month + discretionary bonus
