Own the answer.

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Europe or United States). Offices in Toulouse, Paris, Madrid.

Reports to: CEO

Experience: 7+ years running an agency, a business unit or a practice

Languages: Bilingual English-French (native-level English). A third language is a strong plus.

Package: $90k to $160k (fixed + variable tied to BU revenue), plus annual bonus tied to BU EBITDA and a multi-year value-creation mechanism (internal earn-out) structured at offer stage.

Search just changed the rules. Again. AI engines build their answers from real conversations, and Reddit is where those conversations happen. Invisible brands don't survive the AI era.

Getfluence is the Off-Site SEO and GEO Authority OS: a B2B marketplace trusted by +2,500 international clients, with +70,000 vetted medias, built for netlinking, branded content and AI mentions.

Getfluence has acquired a specialized Reddit agency. Community is a strategic business unit we intend to turn into a flagship offer. It needs an owner, not a manager.

The mandate

You run this agency inside Getfluence. Existing clients, proven methodology, existing revenue: the business is profitable. You scale from a profitable base, not from zero. Your mandate: multiply it by three in 18 months.

Full P&L ownership from day one. You own the book of business, pricing, margins, delivery and the team. You sharpen the offer, sell it, and grow the production engine behind it. You report directly to the CEO, as a peer who runs a business, not as another direct report.

Your first 12 months

• Own the P&L. Revenue, margin, EBITDA. You carry the number and run the activity: inbound, outbound, pipeline, delivery.

• Accelerate the commercial offer. Sharpen packaging and pricing, run the go-to-market. Grow the existing retainer base and open cross-sell across Getfluence's +2,500 international clients.

• Structure production. Processes, quality standards and the capacity to deliver Reddit campaigns at scale.

• Build the team. Manage and grow the production team.

Who you are

• You have run an agency, a business unit or a practice (SEO, content, social, GEO) with real P&L accountability.

• You have grown a client portfolio and defended margins in an agency context. You have sold and delivered services, not just managed them.

• Experience with Reddit, community-driven SEO, UGC strategy or community campaigns is a strong plus. Deep digital and GEO culture is a must.

• You have built small teams and shipped operational processes that hold at scale.

• Bilingual English-French, with native-level English (non-negotiable). Spanish, Portuguese or German is a real plus.

• Entrepreneurial. You build, you decide, you deliver.
