Le poste

Your role : 🔎

As a methods preparer with experience in the aeronautical industry, you will be responsible for defining the assembly sequences and instructions, in agreement with the design and tooling office, which will enable the first prototype aircraft to be assembled, while preparing for future series production activities.

As part of the production team, you will interface with the design office at all stages of the design to ensure the feasibility of manufacturing, assembly and maintenance operations on the aircraft.

As part of the future assembly line project, you will put in place the best assembly and control practices to ensure that aircraft are manufactured to cost/time/quality targets.

Your main responsibilities will be:

→ Defining the assembly sequence for prototype and production aircraft

→ Write the assembly (systems and electrical installations) and inspection routines

→ Participate in drawing up ground test routines.

→ Specify industrial requirements (machines, equipment, tools, etc.)

→ Collaborative design for manufacturing

→ Follow-up non-conformities and deal with them with the design office.

Where do we stand?

You will be entering the team during a crucial part of our development. Full scale testbenches are ongoing while full scale aircraft development is running at full speed with many issues to tackle regarding communications networks and associated developments.


Profil recherché

The job has been made for you if you have : 🛠

  • BAC 2/+3 in Production, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Product Design

  • 7 years' experience in the aeronautical sector in a similar position

  • Knowledge of GSuite and CATIA.

  • Experience in composites is a plus
