Job description

As Marketing & Communication Manager you will plan and implement our sales and marketing activities.


You should understand the full marketing lifecycle and be able to analyse data, complete market research and understand customer needs. You should also be able to analyse quantitative data to help build value propositions, ROI and marketing/sales content. Your contribution should support Sigfox to achieve our business objectives through strong marketing campaigns and demand generation.


Your activity will support unique differentiation, sales growth and customer demand for Unabiz products and services. You will work with the Marketing, Sales, Business Units and Communication teams to ensure integrated and effective marketing and demand creation.


Key responsibilities:


  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
  • Gather and analyse customer behaviour, and support the sales team in the generation and qualification of leads
  • Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates, keep records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the Global Marketing & Communication teams to create internal/external material e.g. brochures, web pages, social media and newsletters
  • Drive market and competitive assessment to inform our GTM strategies and Marketing plans
  • Manage the catalogue of key wins, use cases, client references and opportunities to replicate success
  • Align with Product Management & Delivery to ensure roadmap development and clarity
  • Assist with organizing promotional events when necessary


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field is an added benefit
  • At least 3 years of work experience as a Marketing Associate/Assistant or similar role
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing Techniques & some experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Experience in Market analysis with sound commercial judgement across industries
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Strong client centric outlook and ability to engage clients when required
  • Big picture and creative thinker, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Professional discipline, with humility and coachability
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, energy and accountability
  • Problem-solver with a habit of going the extra mile
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM applications and general Enterprise application
