Marketing & Events Specialist

Founded in 2015, YesWeHack is the Global Bug Bounty platform, with offices in France and Singapore. We provide a disruptive approach to Cyber Security through Bug Bounty programs, by connecting our Ethical Hackers' Community worldwide with organizations to secure their exposed scopes the agile way.

We're looking for a Marketing & Events Specialist to join our expanding team! You will be responsible for the planning and execution of events and marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and maximize sales opportunities across the region (primarily focused on the US and EMEA).

This role is suited for someone organised, creative and proactive, with a strong interest in marketing and events, and equipped with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will report to a manager based in Singapore and be part of an English-speaking work environment, so fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a range of events from conferences to community meetups, including venue selection, supplier management, and logistics.

• Collaborate closely with the team to create event marketing materials, including creative designs, social media content and other communications.

• Provide on-site support during events, including event setup, vendor coordination, and post-event wrap up.

• Monitor event budgets and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget. 

• Ensure consistent brand visual and messaging across all our events.

• Track and report the performance of our events.

• Support ad hoc projects and assignments as directed by the Manager.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Events Management, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant marketing & events experience, preferably in a B2B industry setting.

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at once.

• A motivated individual with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Must be fluent in English.

• Based in Paris, but may be required to travel for events.
