Our ambition is to turn our clients into Media Owners by scaling up tools, messages, services & audience interactions.
Since 2013 our sole focus has been to deliver solutions that help brands speed up their engagement strategy transformation for workforces (improving employee engagement thanks to internal communication) and clients (driving sales thanks to in-store communication).
We started with offline communication on screens placed in offices or in stores (Digital Signage) and recently increased the reach of their communications, adding an online layer to our customers.
We have been experiencing great growth both internally and externally after raising €2.5M in 2017 and acquired last year, a company specialized in the video creation to improve our creation module as well as our service capacity to continue helping our customers solve their problems via software AND service approach.
Our 70+ people company has been profitable since 2022 and is located in France (45+people in Toulouse (Headquarter) and Paris), Tunis (25 people).
We have very strong basics (churn is low, net retention is high) with two great products used daily by hundreds of users:
● A Digital Signage solution equipping 25K+ screens in 32 countries
● A Video Suite generating 1000+ video projects every month

Vision and objectives
We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our ambitious marketing team. Reporting to the CMO, you will bridge the gap between our product's technical power and the client's business needs.
As the guardian of our market expertise, you are the primary catalyst for sales success. You will manage our presence at key industry events while building a robust marketing knowledge base that serves as the "source of truth" for the entire business unit.
Exciting? We think it is too... But one word of caution. This role isn’t for everybody. Why?
Because we operate under high pressure. We juggle multiple strategic projects simultaneously. You’ll need to balance a high level of perfectionism with the ability to ship fast and take direct feedback.
Because "good enough" is our enemy. We are demanding and hungry for success. We expect you to be a project management beast who doesn't just manage tasks, but drives results.
Because we are hiring a true Business Partner to our Sales engine. You’ll be their go-to for touchy, last-minute requests and strategic positioning. If you don't enjoy the adrenaline, you won’t enjoy this.
Because data and documentation are our religion. You’ll need to own the client knowledge base, keep our competitive analysis razor-sharp, and document everything. We expect a 360° market curiosity and a deep dive into consumer intelligence.
One last thing: This is a 6-month fixed-term contract (CDD), with an opportunity to transition into a permanent role (CDI) as we grow.

MARKET & SALES ENABLEMENT - 50%
Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and client feedback to refine positioning.
Ensure Cenareo stays ahead of the curve through deep-dive intelligence.
Translate our complex product offers into sharp, high-impact sales assets
Equip the Sales BU with decks, webinars, and tools to shorten sales cycles.
FIELD MARKETING & EVENTS - 30%
End-to-end ownership of strategic events (RMA, DevFest, etc.).
Manage budgets and lead-capture strategies to ensure maximum ROI.
KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT - 10%
Build and maintain the marketing knowledge base.
Document product value, use cases, and market insights.
CLIENT ADVOCACY - 10%
Manage client-centric initiatives, including goodies and webinars.
Ensure every touchpoint reinforces brand leadership.
Your qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills
You have at least 5+ years experience in a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment (mandatory)
You possess a mastery of the B2B buying journey and sales enablement frameworks. You have the ability to quickly grasp SaaS product technicalities and translate them into real business value.
You demonstrate excellent project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while being autonomous. You rigorously manage the logistics of events, budgets and cross-functional deadlines.
You are sharp in your wording, rooted in figures, and possess a sales-centric mindset to support a high-performing sales floor.
You have strong interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement, including proficient writing and editing skills.
You are an expert-level user of CRM tools (notably HubSpot) for tracking client insights and event performance.
You have a strong team spirit with a positive mind-set
You feel good in a challenging fast-paced working environment and keep up with industry trends and innovations
You speak fluent French and English
