As part of our continuous growth, we are hiring a Marketing Manager (F/M) to join our ambitious and dynamic international division in the US market.

RESPONSABILITIES & MISSIONS

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement, aligning with the Mouratoglou methodology and values.

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience, showcasing our unique tennis experience and coaching philosophy.

  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts for the US market.

  • Collaborate with local teams and influencers to build strong relationships and expand our reach within the US market.

  • Organize and support events and facilities, ensuring they align with our brand image and marketing objectives.

  • Monitor and report on marketing performance, using data to make informed decisions and continuously improve our strategies.

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop commercial strategies and support business growth.

  • Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values both internally and externally.

Profil recherché

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in sports or related industries

  • Strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation

  • Excellent understanding of local and international markets, particularly in the US

  • Proficient in using marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics platforms)

  • Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines

  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sports marketing

  • Experience in event marketing and community management is a plus

PERSONAL QUALITIES

  • Passion for racket sports and the Mouratoglou methodology

  • Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with local teams and influencers

  • Strong commercial understanding and sales skills

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow within the role
