As part of our continuous growth, we are hiring a Marketing Manager (F/M) to join our ambitious and dynamic international division in the US market.
RESPONSABILITIES & MISSIONS
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement, aligning with the Mouratoglou methodology and values.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to drive traffic and conversions.
Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience, showcasing our unique tennis experience and coaching philosophy.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts for the US market.
Collaborate with local teams and influencers to build strong relationships and expand our reach within the US market.
Organize and support events and facilities, ensuring they align with our brand image and marketing objectives.
Monitor and report on marketing performance, using data to make informed decisions and continuously improve our strategies.
Work closely with the sales team to develop commercial strategies and support business growth.
Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values both internally and externally.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in sports or related industries
Strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
Excellent understanding of local and international markets, particularly in the US
Proficient in using marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics platforms)
Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sports marketing
Experience in event marketing and community management is a plus

Passion for racket sports and the Mouratoglou methodology
Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with local teams and influencers
Strong commercial understanding and sales skills
