Mechanical Engineer (Onsite) – 15 Years Experience – GCC & Hospitality

ENDENA Consulting is our newest business unit, created to support our clients in theMiddle East and Asia by providing highly qualified engineers and consultants throughsecondment and project-based missions. Our goal is to connect top international talentwith leading projects in construction, sustainability, and energy performance, acrosssectors such as hospitality, infrastructure, and real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all electrical works (LV, MV, lighting, fire alarm, ELV systems) during hotel construction.

• Liaise with design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure electrical systems align with project specs and deadlines.

• Manage site testing, inspections, and commissioning.

• Ensure compliance with Saudi codes, international standards (NEC, IEC), and sustainability requirements.

Requirements:

• 15+ years’ experience in electrical engineering for large-scale buildings.

• 5+ years in hotel or resort developments in GCC (experience in Saudi is preferred).

• Strong understanding of BIM workflows.

• Strong site coordination and leadership skills.

Key Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PE, PMP) is a plus.

• Proven experience in electrical engineering, with a minimum of 15 years of experience, including 5+ years in hospitality projects.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including LV, MV, lighting, fire alarm, and ELV systems.

• Experience with international building codes, NEC, IEC standards, and local regulations in the GCC region, particularly in Saudi Arabia.

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve technical issues onsite.

• Proficiency in design and project management software and tools (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, BIM workflows and more).

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local languages in the Middle East and Asia is a plus.
