Role Overview
As a Publisher Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for expanding and optimizing Getfluence’s network of premium publishers. Your mission is to identify, negotiate, and onboard high-value media partners to support client demand across markets and industries.
You will build strong relationships with media owners, negotiate sponsored content opportunities, and secure competitive pricing and exclusive inventory for our marketplace.
This is a highly proactive role focused on publisher acquisition, negotiation, and portfolio development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Publisher Acquisition & Negotiation
Identify and prospect premium publishers, media groups, and niche websites aligned with client demand
Negotiate sponsored content placements, branded articles, and long-term partnership agreements
Secure competitive pricing and preferential conditions for Getfluence clients
Unlock exclusive inventory and new monetization opportunities with publishers
Build long-term relationships with media owners and editorial teams
2. Publisher Portfolio Development
Expand and maintain a high-quality publisher portfolio across key markets and verticals
Ensure pricing competitiveness and strong marketplace positioning
Monitor publisher performance, availability, and content quality
Recommend new formats, placements, and monetization strategies
3. Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with Sales teams to anticipate client needs and build the right inventory
Collaborate with Publisher Managers for onboarding and long-term relationship management
Provide market feedback to Product and Operations teams
Support strategic initiatives and new product launches
4. Market Intelligence & Benchmarking
Monitor publisher ecosystems and sponsored content trends
Benchmark competitors and identify acquisition opportunities
Identify new media verticals and growth markets
Contribute to strengthening Getfluence’s marketplace positioning
Success Metrics (First 6 Months)
Number of new premium publishers onboarded
Quality and relevance of acquired media partners
Negotiated pricing competitiveness vs market
Share of exclusive or preferential publisher deals
Publisher activation rate and revenue contribution
Impact on Sales team ability to close new deals
Required Skills & Profile
Hard Skills
Experience in publisher partnerships, media business development, or digital advertising ecosystem
Experience negotiating with publishers, media groups, or online media owners
Strong understanding of sponsored content, backlinks, and branded content monetization
Comfortable working with pricing grids, KPIs, and performance metrics
Professional English required (additional European languages are a strong plus)
