MEP Commissioning Engineer (Onsite)

ENDENA Consulting is our newest business unit, created to support our clients in theMiddle East and Asia by providing highly qualified engineers and consultants throughsecondment and project-based missions. Our goal is to connect top international talentwith leading projects in construction, sustainability, and energy performance, acrosssectors such as hospitality, infrastructure, and real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-commissioning and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Develop and execute commissioning plans, functional performance tests, and handover documentation.

• Interface with contractors, consultants, and vendors to validate system functionality.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in MEP systems commissioning for large-scale buildings (hotels preferred).

• Familiarity with LEED, CxA process, TAB, and testing protocols.

• Independent, meticulous, and confident working with client stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., LEED AP, CxA) is a plus.

• Proven experience in MEP systems commissioning, with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in large-scale buildings such as hotels or commercial projects.

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and testing protocols.

• Experience in developing and executing commissioning plans, functional performance tests, and handover documentation.

• Familiarity with LEED, CxA process, TAB, and testing protocols.

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve technical issues on-site.

• Proficiency in commissioning software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local languages in the Middle East and Asia is a plus.
