MEP Construction Manager

International Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings, we are mainly involved in turnkey construction, renovation and extension projects in the Datacenter, Critical Utilities & Industry sectors.

As a MEP Construction Manager (F/M), you join our Greek team in Peania in order to oversee projects from design to delivery. Working on design and build projects for industrial buildings, your main missions are:

• Being part of the design of the technical solution

• Being the principal on-site interlocutor for the client, subcontractors and internal teams

• Construction management of the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing fields with the supervision of our subcontractors

• Operations prior to acceptance and commissioning

• Driving financial and planning project aspects

As a Mechanical or Electrical engineer you have a minimum of 7 years experiences on industrial building construction projects, with high added technical value and tight deadlines. With a strong technical mind-set, you enjoy multicultural teamwork. Your rigor, your interpersonal skills and your adaptability to the situations encountered will allow you to succeed in this position and grow within our company.

Speaking fluently Greek and English, a good level in French would be a plus.
