Massilly has been manufacturing metal packaging (lids) for the food industry for over 25 years. We are currently looking for an experienced Millwright to join our Maintenance team.

Shifts:

This position follows a rotating schedule consisting of 5 weeks on day shift, 2 weeks on afternoon shift, and 1 week on night shift.

As a Millwright, you will:

• Work in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all safety protocols.

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment.

• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Perform preventative maintenance and effectively prioritize maintenance tasks.

• Identify root causes of equipment failures and assess the feasibility of equipment modifications or improvements.

• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Carry out routine and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.

You'll need:

• Red Seal Certified Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) with a valid trade license.

• Completed an apprenticeship Millwright program – or equivalent.

• 5 years experience in manufacturing environment
