As a Multilingual Customer Service & Booking Advisor Intern, you will join our Dayboat Customer Service team, which supports customers and boat owners before the booking is confirmed.
Your role is essential in helping customers move from inquiry to booking by providing clear information, reassurance and tailored advice, while also supporting owners in managing their listings.
You will handle a high volume of interactions and play an active role in optimizing booking conversion rates.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers throughout their booking project and answering their questions by phone and email
Advising customers on boats, destinations and options best suited to their needs
Following up on pending requests and actively relaunching customers to improve conversion rates
Supporting boat owners via phone and email in managing their availability and requests
Handling customer and owner disputes related to the booking phase
Ensuring a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction
Using internal tools to track requests and maintain accurate customer data
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented intern who:
Is currently studying Tourism, Applied Foreign Languages (LEA), International Business or in a Business School
Has a fluent level of French and English (C1 minimum)
Is comfortable communicating orally in at least one additional language: Spanish, Italian or German
Has a strong interest in customer relations, sales of services and user experience
Is confident communicating with international customers and partners
Is well-organized, proactive and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously
Is comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms
Bonus:
Previous experience in tourism, hospitality or customer service
