As a member of our sales administration team, you'll support our customers organizing their holidays on board.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Manage the booking confirmations and travel arrangements

• Administration management from the booking until the end of the holidays

• Phone and Email reception of our clients about the follow-up of their files (BtoC)

• Constant communication with our partners about our clients wishes (BtoB)

• Data entry on different softwares

• Invoicing management

• Ensuring the quality of the SamBoat service.

The perfect future team member:

• Available from March to August included

• Coming from Tourism or Business Studies

• Fluent in Spanish, English, and French

• Organized and autonomous

• Good interpersonal and commercial skills

• Comfortable with IT tools

• Bonus: Experience in the Travel Industry

• Super bonus: fluent in Italian and/or German
