We’re looking for an Odoo Developer who thrives at the intersection of business needs and technical capabilities. You’ll support full-cycle Odoo projects — from requirements gathering to solution delivery — working with internal teams and stakeholders. We are looking for an Odoo Developer who will be able to :

• Design, develop, and implement custom Odoo modules tailored to business needs in Python.

• Connect Odoo with third-party systems and automate workflows for maximum efficiency.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose the best technical solutions.

• Ensure Odoo supports smooth collaboration across tools and departments by helping align systems and workflows

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Odoo applications to ensure scalability and efficiency.

• Provide ongoing support, resolve issues, and maintain clear technical documentation.

Experience - Requirements

• Proven experience working with Odoo, preferably for large scale organizations

• Knowledge of EU institutions and decision-making processes would be an asset

Hard Skills

• Comfortable working with REST APIs and third-party integrations

• Experience with Python, PostgreSQL (or strong SQL skills), and JavaScript

Soft Skills

• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment

• Excellent capacity to work and communicate in a multilingual international diplomatic environment
