We’re looking for an Odoo Consultant who thrives at the intersection of business needs and technical capabilities. You’ll support full-cycle Odoo projects — from requirements gathering to solution delivery — working with internal teams and stakeholders. We are looking for an Odoo Consultant who will be able to :

• Support the design, development, and implementation of custom Odoo modules tailored to business needs

• Ensure Odoo supports smooth collaboration across tools and departments by helping align systems and workflows

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose the best technical solutions

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Odoo applications to ensure scalability and efficiency

• Support the provision of ongoing support, and maintenance of clear technical documentation

Experience - Requirements

• Proven experience working with Odoo, preferably for large scale organizations

• Knowledge of EU institutions and decision-making processes would be an asset

Soft Skills

• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment

• Excellent capacity to work and communicate in a multilingual international diplomatic environment
