Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate maintenance activities for office facilities, including repairs, cleanliness, and safety.
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the pool area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules, including regular servicing and repairs.
Manage inventory and procurement of office appliances and supplies.
Address any office-related issues promptly to maintain a conducive work environment.
Proven experience in office coordination or similar roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of facility management and maintenance practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
