📖 Role Context
We are opening our Barcelona office and looking for a hands-on Office Manager to keep things running smoothly and support the team day-to-day: office setup, suppliers, team logistics, light admin/finance tasks, and internal communications.
Think of this role as the mini-COO of the office: the person who makes sure everything works and the team feels supported.
🔧 Your Missions
Office setup & vendors: manage utilities, furniture, access badges, snacks, cleaning; handle quotes & contracts.
People & logistics: welcome newcomers, manage desk plan, book travel, handle small reimbursements.
Team life: organize standups, offsites, lunches; keep the calendar and info flows smooth.
Admin support: assist the Admin/Finance Associate with document collection and weekly payment prep.
Internal comms: write crisp updates, mini-guides (how to… office, expenses, visitors).
Point of contact: be the friendly face for founders, clients visiting, and building management.

👤 You Are
Organized, proactive, people-savvy, with a service mindset.
Able to juggle multiple small tasks without dropping balls.
Strong written communication, tidy documentation habits.
Experience in office management / operations / admin (1–3y). Startup/agency vibe is a plus.
Fluent in English (Spanish or French is a plus).
