Job description

We are looking for a UK based Onboarding Executive experienced to join our Customer Success On-Boarding Team.

Your main responsibility will be to work directly with a customer on a consultative basis to determine, document, and prepare the customer with their requirements for the successful implementation of our solution.


🔹Onboarding a lot of our rapid onboarding customers.

🔹Lead the customer on a collaborative onboarding journey, managing expectations, risks, billable hours and following any completed Statements of Work to ensure an efficient delivery of the project.

🔹Clearly articulate the solutions into business requirements.

🔹Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

🔹Work closely with the Integrations & Configuration and Learning Solutions teams to meet deadlines.

🔹Provide sufficient guidance and documentation throughout the project for a seamless handover to Customer Success and Support.

🔹Take responsibility for your own product knowledge, keeping up to date with the

latest developments to ensure you are able to confidently articulate the features and benefits of our products to customers.

🔹Effectively apply your knowledge of our products and the hospitality industry to help build rapport with our customers.

🔹Utilise your product and operational knowledge to create presentations and demonstrations tailored to meet the needs of prospective customers.


🔹Experience working in the hospitality sector with a focus on bars/pubs, restaurants, or hotels is valuable.

🔹Experience implementing SaaS Solutions is an asset.

🔹Project Management experience or certification desirable.

🔹A strong knowledge and experience of working with Hospitality Management Solutions is valuable.

🔹Multi-lingual is an asset (English, French, Spanish).
