Role Overview
We are opening a new B2B team to handle outbound calls with professionals.
Your mission: book qualified meetings in the calendars of our B2B agents by contacting small business owners and decision-makers across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound calls and emails to prospects (SMBs, professionals).
Present the service in a clear and professional way.
Handle objections with confidence and keep conversations positive.
Book meetings directly in calendars of B2B agents.
Report activity and results daily.
Profile Requirements
Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking with business owners.
Professional, persuasive, and resilient.
Autonomy, ownership, and ability to manage high volume.
Experience in sales or call centers = plus, but young motivated profiles welcome.
Multilingual (FR, ES, IT, EN).
Full availability (40h/week).
Team Leader Track
We are also looking for Team Leaders:
Manage 2–3 agents, oversee outbound volume.
Ensure quality and professionalism of calls.
Compensation adjusted depending on experience.
