Role Overview

We are opening a new B2B team to handle outbound calls with professionals.
Your mission: book qualified meetings in the calendars of our B2B agents by contacting small business owners and decision-makers across multiple markets.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound calls and emails to prospects (SMBs, professionals).

  • Present the service in a clear and professional way.

  • Handle objections with confidence and keep conversations positive.

  • Book meetings directly in calendars of B2B agents.

  • Report activity and results daily.

Profile

Profile Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking with business owners.

  • Professional, persuasive, and resilient.

  • Autonomy, ownership, and ability to manage high volume.

  • Experience in sales or call centers = plus, but young motivated profiles welcome.

  • Multilingual (FR, ES, IT, EN).

  • Full availability (40h/week).

Team Leader Track

  • We are also looking for Team Leaders:

    • Manage 2–3 agents, oversee outbound volume.

    • Ensure quality and professionalism of calls.

    • Compensation adjusted depending on experience.
