This offer is for you.In order to support one of our clients, a large and famous Financial European Public Institution in Luxembourg, we are looking for a highly skilled OpenText Project Manager This project involves standing up the OpenText Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Suite and migration of applications, documents workflows.

The mission:
The IT Departement of this very important European Public Financial Institution carries out numerous projects to constantly improve and optimize the processes. You will join the Architecture & Deployment team, which maintains, develops and implements OpenText solutions.
 
Job Description:

• Meet weekly with team members for project updates and review areas off track

• Schedule cadence for communication with clients on updates and project status.

• Communicate project information through presentations or technical reports

• Assist clients with the design and build of each Document Management Solution.

• Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems

• Document design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information

• Define and analyze objectives, scope, issues, or organizational impact of DMS migrations.

• Provide Go Live training as needed to assist with overall project implementation.

• Establish functional or system standards to address operational requirements, quality requirements, and design constraints.

Your Qualifications: 

• You hold a University Degree (or related field) or equivalent experiences

• At least 10 years of IT relevant professional experience 

• ITIL or Prince2 certification will be appreciated

• Experience in a content management or document management environment

• business analysis part with end users (priority)

• OpenText Content Server knowledge with the IT team (advantage)

• record management principles with the Archives team (priority)

• Excellent knowledge of English. French will be an asset but not required.
