Prospection & Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential partners (wineries, châteaux, tour operators, DMCs, local agencies, etc.) through online research, directories, and social media.
Contact & Relationship Building:
Reach out to prospects via email, phone, or LinkedIn to introduce Winalist, present our services, and gather feedback or interest in collaboration.
Pipeline Management:
Keep track of ongoing conversations, follow-ups, and partnership statuses in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable, or Notion).
Market Mapping:
Assist in identifying new markets and strategic partnership opportunities based on data, trends, and business priorities.
Support Business Development Team:
Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to refine outreach materials, messaging, and follow-up strategies.
Communication & Campaign Support
Outreach Materials:
Help draft and optimize outreach templates, presentation decks, and partner onboarding documentation.
Event & Campaign Coordination:
Support outreach campaigns tied to specific events, fairs, or regional focus (e.g., France, Italy, Spain).
Brand Representation:
Act as an ambassador of Winalist, ensuring professionalism and enthusiasm in all external communications.
Data & Performance
Performance Tracking:
Measure outreach activity (emails sent, replies, calls, partnerships signed) and report weekly to the team.
Continuous Improvement:
Contribute ideas for improving messaging, targeting, and efficiency in outreach campaigns.
Competitive Watch:
Stay informed about new players and trends in the wine tourism and experience industries.
