MAKE IT INTENSE⚡️

• Lead the club's padel program and coaching team, reporting to the Club Director

• Coach on court and set the standard for coaching quality and the Mouratoglou methodology

• Manage the coaching team: schedules, programming, lesson quality, and recruitment and development in coordination with HR

• Design and run the program structure: clinics, private lessons, leagues, junior pathway, adult academy and high-performance academy

• Set player levels, assessments and progression across all programs

• Create and run club tournaments and internal competitions, and prepare players for external and FIP-sanctioned events

• Act as the main point of contact for players and parents on the sports program

• Report on coaching activity, program fill and player retention

• Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values

• Padel coaching certificate

• Solid experience in coaching padel at all levels, from beginners to high performance

• Previous experience leading or organising a coaching team

• Current or past level of competition in padel, ideally with good sporting results

• Strong organisational skills and experience running programs and tournaments

• Leadership, with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with players, parents and staff

• Strong commercial understanding and results-driven mindset

• Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)

• Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage (Spanish is a strong plus)
