MAKE IT INTENSE⚡️

As a Padel Coach, you will be responsible to : 

• Coach on court, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy

• Deliver private lessons, group clinics, and junior and adult programs to players of all levels, adapting to each player's level, goals and age

• Provide regular, relevant feedback to players and, for juniors, to their parents

• Build strong and lasting relationships with each player, and guide them towards the right program, package or membership

• Help turn trial and drop-in players into long-term members of the club

• Organise and support leagues, tournaments, social events and open days, and help build the local padel community

• Ensure a premium on-court experience: punctuality, court readiness, equipment and safety

• Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values

• Padel coaching certificate

• Proven experience in coaching padel at various levels (juniors and adults)

• Current level of competition in padel, ideally with good sporting results

• Passion and willingness to learn

• Ability to build strong and lasting relationships, with a strong commercial understanding

• Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)

• Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage (Spanish is a strong plus)
