Paid Acquisition Specialist — ~€50k base salary (no variable)

We are supporting one of our clients — a fast-growing European fintech scale-up — in hiring a Paid Acquisition Specialist to strengthen their Growth Marketing team.

You will join a team of two, with a major challenge: internalizing acquisition activities previously handled by agencies, in the context of strong company growth.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and technology. You’ll run large-scale multi-channel campaigns and build advanced measurement frameworks to optimize acquisition across several European markets.

Annual media budget managed: €5M

🎯 Responsibilities

40% — Channel Management

  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads (40% of budget), DV360 (40%), Meta, and emerging channels (20%).

  • Optimize key performance metrics: CPA, ROAS, conversion volume, LTV.

  • Support multi-market operations across France, Spain, Italy, Germany, and Sweden.

40% — Analytics

  • Build and maintain full-funnel performance dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Data Studio).

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify optimization opportunities and scale successful strategies.

  • Develop attribution models and multi-touch measurement frameworks.

  • Collaborate with Finance and Data teams on budget modeling and performance forecasting.

  • Operate within platform and market constraints while maximizing performance.

20% — Tracking & Measurement

  • Implement and manage tracking infrastructure via Google Tag Manager (pixels, events, conversion tracking).

  • Ensure reliable and compliant tracking across all channels and markets.

  • Work closely with Analytics to ensure data integrity for reporting and optimization.
