Paid Acquisition Specialist — ~€50k base salary (no variable)
We are supporting one of our clients — a fast-growing European fintech scale-up — in hiring a Paid Acquisition Specialist to strengthen their Growth Marketing team.
You will join a team of two, with a major challenge: internalizing acquisition activities previously handled by agencies, in the context of strong company growth.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and technology. You’ll run large-scale multi-channel campaigns and build advanced measurement frameworks to optimize acquisition across several European markets.
Annual media budget managed: €5M
🎯 Responsibilities
40% — Channel Management
Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads (40% of budget), DV360 (40%), Meta, and emerging channels (20%).
Optimize key performance metrics: CPA, ROAS, conversion volume, LTV.
Support multi-market operations across France, Spain, Italy, Germany, and Sweden.
40% — Analytics
Build and maintain full-funnel performance dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Data Studio).
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify optimization opportunities and scale successful strategies.
Develop attribution models and multi-touch measurement frameworks.
Collaborate with Finance and Data teams on budget modeling and performance forecasting.
Operate within platform and market constraints while maximizing performance.
20% — Tracking & Measurement
Implement and manage tracking infrastructure via Google Tag Manager (pixels, events, conversion tracking).
Ensure reliable and compliant tracking across all channels and markets.
Work closely with Analytics to ensure data integrity for reporting and optimization.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
3–5 years’ experience in performance marketing or growth, ideally in tech or consumer app environments
Strong understanding of performance metrics: CPA, ROAS, LTV, CVR
Experience managing budgets of at least €1M per year across multiple acquisition channels
Experience fixing attribution issues and creating robust attribution models to accurately measure channel performance.
Proven ability to build dashboards and reporting systems
Technical proficiency with Google Tag Manager and ability to implement tracking pixels, custom events, and conversion tracking
Nice to have
Experience working with attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar) and understanding of web-to-app tracking challenges
Strong quantitative background (math, statistics, economics, data science, etc.)
Knowledge of statistical testing and experimentation frameworks
