Job Description:

As the Physical Security Site Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining physical security systems to ensure the safety and protection of our clients' assets and personnel. This role is crucial in safeguarding high-profile projects in the commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure sectors across the Middle East and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.

• Conduct site assessments to identify security vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations.

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate security systems seamlessly into building designs.

• Develop detailed technical documentation, including system schematics, installation manuals, and maintenance protocols.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess system performance and recommend upgrades or enhancements.

• Provide training and support to clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of security systems.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in security technology and industry best practices.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Security Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) is a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security systems design, installation, and maintenance.
• Proven experience in managing security projects in commercial, hospitality, or infrastructure sectors.
• Familiarity with international security standards and regulations is highly desirable.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong technical knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
• Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in English and Arabic.
