Leveraging the success of its world-famous Academy in the South of France, Mouratoglou has extended its coaching methodology beyond borders since 2020. As part of our continuous international growth, Mouratoglou recently opened Mouratoglou Tennis Center Templeton at the beautiful Templeton Tennis Ranch located in the heart of California’s Central Coast wine region.

We are recruiting a Pickleball Director / Head Pickleball Pro to lead, structure, and scale our pickleball program at Mouratoglou Tennis Center Templeton, while embodying the excellence and innovation of the Mouratoglou brand.

As part of our continuous growth, we are hiring a Pickleball Director / Head Pickleball Pro to join the Mouratoglou Tennis Center in Templeton, California.

RESPONSABILITIES & MISSIONS

•Lead and develop the pickleball program at Mouratoglou Templeton, ensuring operational excellence and premium service standards

•Deliver high-quality private and group coaching sessions, aligned with the Mouratoglou Methodology

•Define, apply, and continuously refine the Mouratoglou Pickleball Methodology, with Templeton as the reference center

•Recruit, train, and manage the local pickleball coaching team, fostering performance, cohesion, and development

•Oversee day-to-day pickleball operations at Templeton, including planning, scheduling, and resource management

•Ensure an outstanding player and client experience, from onboarding to long-term engagement

•Act as the main point of contact for all pickleball-related matters at the Templeton center

•Support the international development of pickleball by sharing best practices, tools, and expertise with other Mouratoglou centers

•Drive sales, enrolment, and local marketing initiatives to grow the pickleball activity at Templeton

•Represent the Mouratoglou brand through events, partnerships, and regular reporting to International Senior Management

•Provide on-court support to the Tennis program at Mouratoglou Templeton, as needed, under the direction of the center’s Director of Tennis

•Pickleball coaching certificate

•Tennis coaching certificate

•Proven experience in coaching players at various levels, including performance-oriented programs

•Competitive background in pickleball or high-level racket sports is a strong asset, especially tennis

•Team player, able to work in a multicultural environment

•Ability to develop relationships, with strong commercial awareness and sales skills

•Fluency in English, any other language is an asset

•Strong organisational skills and proficiency with digital tools and reporting systems
