Plant Manager – Mining & Gold Processing

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead mining, exploration, gold processing, and public relations efforts. This role requires a technical expert with strong commercial acumen and leadership skills to drive operational efficiency, explore new mining opportunities, and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee mining, exploration, and gold processing operations.

• Identify and assess new mining opportunities, providing actionable insights.

• Ensure efficient, cost-effective plant operations and budget management.

• Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, local communities, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in mining, exploration, or gold processing, with at least 5 years in leadership.

• Strong knowledge of gold processing techniques and equipment.

• Proven experience in budgeting and cost control.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including handling PR responsibilities.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working in Tanzania or similar regions.

• Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks and community dynamics.

• Fluency in Swahili is an added advantage.
