Cybersecurity Project & Demand Coordinator
Missions
Manage and coordinate customer cybersecurity requests
Coordinate project initiation and kick-off meetings with key stakeholders
Support the end-to-end demand management process
Prepare and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposals
Track and prioritize incoming requests to ensure timely delivery
Coordinate communication between customers and Product Managers
Prepare project status reports with the support of Product Managers
Monitor project progress, issues, and action plans
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution
Organize and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to continuous process improvement
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and French
Strong customer service experience
Demonstrated ability to make proactive decisions
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong task management skills with a clear focus on deliverables
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to both support and be supported by team members
Dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn and develop
Additional Skills
Experience in project financial management is a plus
A basic understanding of cybersecurity services is an advantage
