PR Champion

Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is a joint venture created in the summer of 2020 and backed by Stellantis, Mercedes-Benz and Saft (a subsidiary of TotalEnergies). Our ambition is to produce electric batteries at the highest technological level while developing cleaner mobility that is accessible to as many people as possible.

🔋 We are proud to manufacture, in our Gigafactory in Billy-Berclau, the batteries that already equip several electric vehicles available on the market (PEUGEOT E-3008 and E-5008, Opel Grandland, and soon the DS N°8, the Citroën C5 AIrCross and the new Jeep Compass).

To bring this ambition to life, we're looking for skilled, agile people in all areas linked to running a factory: Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, HSES... to join our Gigafactory in Billy-Berclau (Hauts de France), our Industrial Center of Industrial Excellence in Nersac (Angoulême) and our R&D center in Bruges (Bordeaux).

Missions principales:

Assiste le demandeur BBD dans le suivi de la demande d'achat/du bon de commande/des factures.

PR Champion:

- Assiste les demandeurs dans le montage des PR et des templates de justification ;

- Coordonne avec les demandeurs les programmation en séance de validation BBD ou comités de validation;

- Assiste les demandeurs vis-à-vis des achats en surveillant le processus de commandes après PR (suivi des PR sans commande) ;

- Vérifie avec les demandeurs l’avancement des commandes et selon leurs informations renseigne les réceptions dans QAD

- Complète QAD avec les informations nécessaires : templates, devis, bons de livraison

- Maintien la pertinence des informations renseignées dans QAD (nom du requester, due date, fermeture des PR ou PO lorsque les sujets sont soldés)

- Assure un suivi des factures en attente de validation car manque de réception et relance les demandeurs concernés.

Main Mission :

Assists the BBD requester to folllow up of purchase request/purchase order/invoices

PR Champion:

- Assists the requester in the preparation of PR and justification templates;

- Coordinates with requesters the agenda in BBD validation session or validation committees;

- Helps the requester with purchasing by monitoring the order process after PR (follow-up of PR without order);

- Checks with the requesters the progress of the orders and performs the receipts in QAD according to their information

- Complete QAD with the necessary information: templates, quotes, delivery notes

- Maintaining the relevance of the information entered in QAD (name of the requester, due date, closing of the PR or PO when the subjects are closed)

- Ensures a follow-up of invoices awaiting validation because the receipt is missing; ask the requester for delivery notes or information to perform the receipts accordingly.

Notre process comporte habituellement 3 entretiens : 2 techniques et un dernier RH.
