Massilly has been manufacturing metal packaging (lids) for the food industry for over 25 years. We are looking for Press Operators to work in our Stamping department. 

Responsibilities

We will teach you to:

• Safely operate, adjust, and monitor line equipment

• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers and verniers

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify/prevent product defects

• Record production information

Our facility runs three shifts - must be able to work all three

• Days ( 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m)

• Afternoons ( 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m)

• Nights ( 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m)

What we look for:

• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for the entire shift

• Proven mechanical ability; experience operating manufacturing equipment

• Experience with hand tools and measuring devices is an asset

What we offer:

• Wage Increase After Training Period (Training Rate $25.75/hr. Fully Trained Rate $26.65/hr.)

• Shift Premiums - Afternoons $0.50/hr, Nights $1.00/hr
