Pro Shop & Retail Manager

Leveraging the success of its world-famous Academy in the South of France, Mouratoglou has extended its coaching methodology beyond borders since 2020. Through its existing 24 centers in Greece, Malaysia, Italy, the UAE, the United States & Indonesia, players of all ages and levels can enjoy the unique Mouratoglou experience worldwide.

Mouratoglou is looking for a Pro Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations and commercial performance of our Pro Shop, while delivering a premium customer experience.

As the face of the Pro Shop, you will combine retail management, customer service and strong operational skills in a dynamic sports environment.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pro Shop

• Drive sales and provide personalized product recommendations to clients

• Manage inventory, stock levels, replenishment and purchasing

• Ensure attractive merchandising in line with Mouratoglou brand standards

• Oversee point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate sales and inventory records

• Coordinate apparel, equipment and special orders

• Supervise the Pro Shop team, including scheduling and daily organization.

• Maintain a clean, welcoming and well-organized retail environment

• Work closely with the Tennis Director and on-site teams to support programs, events and the overall client experience

• Contribute to the profitability and commercial development of the Pro Shop

• Previous experience in retail, sports, hospitality or a similar customer-facing environment

• Strong commercial mindset and excellent customer service skills

• Organized, reliable and detail-oriented

• Comfortable managing several priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented

• Strong team spirit and communication skills

• Knowledge of tennis and tennis equipment is a strong plus
