Job description

Exciting Opportunity with a Prominent European Administration in Luxembourg ! 

Join our dynamic team as a Process and Documentation Officer and help ensure that our processes are clear, documented and consistently applied. Working closely with operationtal teams, you will contribute to documentation management, process improvements and quality monitoring activities that support the achievement of our business objectives. We are proud to represent a prestigious European institution based in Luxembourg and are seeking motivated professionals with expertise in this field.

Key responsibilities :

  • Analyse, document, and maintain business processes and associated process documentation.

  • Create, review, and update process maps, procedures, and operational documentation.

  • Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent and aligned with business requirements.

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of quality management practices.

  • Facilitate knowledge management and ensure documentation accessibility and availability.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to defined processes, standards, and quality requirements.

  • Develop and deliver presentations, and engage with business stakeholders to communicate quality management initiatives, requirements, and outcomes.

Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management or Document Management

- Experience in process management, quality management or document management

Language Skills :

- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)

- Knowledge of French is a plus

- Strong analytical and organisational skills

- Service oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Reliable, accurate, and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively

Contract Details :

- Location : Luxembourg

- Contract : 1 year

- Compensation : 3,900 € to 4,200 €, depending on experience qnd qualifications
