About Us:

We’re a young (3,5yo) and fast-growing SaaS startup (+60 B2B clients) on a mission to help companies to efficiently manage a large amount of projects. We believe in building a seamless, value-driven experience for our users, and we’re looking for a Product Designer who shares that passion. If you’re someone who takes ownership, loves collaborating, and has a knack for making things better, we want you on our team.

The product team is composed of :

• 1 CPO

• 1 CTO

• 3 fullstack developers

• 1 frontend developer

• 1 PM

Our stack is :

• Whimsical for mockups

• Figma for design

• Cycle app for specification and product roadmap

• Slack, Zoom for communication

Freelance, full-time, full remote mission in an international B2B startup.

Requierements

• Fluent in english, french and spanish is a plus

• at least 5y of xp on a B2B Saas product

• Ability to work in a full remote team and communicate effectively with various people (Developers, PM, CEO, etc.).

What You’ll Do:

• Design with Purpose: Craft user experiences that solve problems without creating new ones, tailored perfectly to our 3 target personas. Produce wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and final interfaces. Your designs should strike the right balance between value and cost while aligning with our existing product experience. Optimize tech time by ensuring mockups are clear and cover most edge cases.

• Run Efficient Meetings: Prepare well, double-check mockups, provide options with pros and cons, and ensure decisions are made. Keep everyone in the loop with clear public notes.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the business team to understand problems, the tech team to challenge solutions, and the product team to align on the roadmap. Be proactive in answering questions and reviewing Apps to meet deadlines.

• Lead Design System Improvements: Keep our design system up-to-date and prioritize what needs to be implemented.

• Follow and Analyze Market Trends: Propose innovative solutions adapted to user needs while adhering to best practices in product ergonomics

Hiring process

• 60min call with the CPO to make sure you and us believe there is an interest in working together. We request you to have a working webcam for the zoom call.

• 60 min online test. We use the test as a base for our discussion, to figure out how it feels to work together. We'll explore your design skills and your problem solving abilities

• 45 min call with the CEO to ask anything about the company, our culture. No question is off limits.
